Community Cooks is the flagship program of Appetite For Change. These weekly workshops offer groups of youth, community members, and new or expecting mothers a space to explore preparing and enjoying new ingredients and nutritious recipes. At the same time, the workshops lend space to discuss cooking, nutrition, and the social justice issues that affect our community.
Community Cooks is postponed for the 2020 season. Wear your mask and we hope to see y’all in 2021!
We’re piloting a meal box program to continue offering access to fresh ingredients and opportunities to cook and connect! Each week we deliver over 400 meal boxes to households throughout the Twin Cities!
