Crispin (Cris), our Urban Agriculture Manager, spoke with Project Drawdown, a nonprofit organization committed to reducing (or, “drawing down”) the level of greenhouse gas. Cris spoke about his connection to food and farming, our work at Appetite For Change, and the importance of community.
“To have community buy-in, community participation, where it’s not just a couple people but is a community that builds… health, wealth, and social change.”
