Apple “Pie” In A Cup

Kid’s choice

Materials

  • Cutting board
  • Knife or apple cutter
  • Large mixing bowl
  • Small mixing bowl
  • Whisk
  • mixing spoon or spatula

Ingredients

  • 4-6 Apples
  • 3 cups granola or cereal
  • 1 1/2 cups of low fat nonfat greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract ( If using plain yogurt)
  • 6 teasponns honey

Instructions

  1. Core and cut apple into bite size 1/2 inch pieces and place in large bowl

  2. Add cinnamon and salt and toss to mix

  3. In small bowl combine the yogurt and vanilla and mix ( if using plain yogurt)

  4. Place 1/2 cup of apples in a cup or bowl, add 1/2 cup of granola or cereal and then scoop 1/4 cup of yogurt on top. Drizzle 1 teaspoon of honey over everything.
