Arugula and Romaine mixed salad Honey roasted Pecans by Nicole | Dec 21, 2017 Arugula and Romaine mixed salad Honey roasted Pecans Try this salad with (Raspberry Balsamic Vinaigrette) Details Serves: 5 Prep Time: 5 minutes Total Time: 15 minutes Materials Z Knives Z Cutting boards Z Strainer Z Seal tight Container Z Measuring utensils Z Tongs Z Small Skillet Z Mixing Spoons Ingredients N 1 head of Romaine lettuces N 2 Cups Arugula N 1/3 Cup Honey N 1 Cup Pecans N 1/4 Cup sunflower-seeds N Fresh Feta Instructions \ Rinse off green leafs under cool running water \ Using a cooking board and knife chop romaine lettuces into bite size pieces \ Add chopped lettuces and Arugula in to a large salad bowl \ In a skillet over low heat roast pecans with honey for about ( 3 minutes ) stir frequently to keep from burning \ Once pecans are roasted add to salad along with sunflower seeds (toss) \ Top with Feta sever with a vinaigrette or dressing
