Arugula and Romaine mixed salad Honey roasted Pecans

1 head of Romaine lettuces

2 Cups Arugula
N
1/3 Cup Honey
N
1 Cup Pecans
N
1/4 Cup sunflower-seeds

Fresh Feta
Instructions

Rinse off green leafs under cool running water
\
Using a cooking board and knife chop romaine lettuces into bite size pieces
\
Add chopped lettuces and Arugula in to a large salad bowl
\
In a skillet over low heat roast pecans with honey for about ( 3 minutes ) stir frequently to keep from burning
\
Once pecans are roasted add to salad along with sunflower seeds (toss)
\
Top with Feta sever with a vinaigrette or dressing
