Bake Barbecue Chicken

Wings and Sauce

Materials

  • Measuring Utensils
  • Cutting Board
  • Knife
  • Baking Pan
  • 1- Medium bowl
  • 1- Large bowl

Ingredients

  • Large family pack of chicken wings
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup chili sauce
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degree

  2. Coat chicken with olive oil, place in baking pan in single layer, skin side up.

  3. In a mixing bowl combine remaining ingredients to make homemade barbecue sauce, and pour over chicken.

  4. Bake uncovered, for about 1 hour, or until cooked through.
