Blueberry Banana Smoothies

Antioxidant filled smoothie that will have the kids begging for more


  • * 2 cups frozen blueberries
  • *2 cups diced, frozen bananas
  • 1 tbsp sugar, honey or agave
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 2 cups ice water
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • * Buy fresh fruit and freeze it at home. You can also use non-frozen fruits, but if so, add one more cup of ice.


  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until thick and creamy
