Caesar Salad Dressing

It’s easy, and eggless. It will work with most salads. YUM.


  • cutting board and knife
  • small, air-tight container
  • Measuring cups
  • measuring spoons (tablespoons and teaspoons)


  • 1/4 cup lemon juice (1 lemon)
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper


  1. juice the lemon, if using fresh lemon.

  2. Finely chop the garlic cloves.

  3. Add all ingredients into an air-tight container and blend well! Shaking vigorously for a few seconds usually does the trick.

  4. Enjoy over your delicious green salad, or use as a vegetable marinade!
