It’s easy, and eggless. It will work with most salads. YUM.
- cutting board and knife
- small, air-tight container
- Measuring cups
- measuring spoons (tablespoons and teaspoons)
- 1/4 cup lemon juice (1 lemon)
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
juice the lemon, if using fresh lemon.
Finely chop the garlic cloves.
Add all ingredients into an air-tight container and blend well! Shaking vigorously for a few seconds usually does the trick.
Enjoy over your delicious green salad, or use as a vegetable marinade!
