Mango Salsa

One dip and you can’t stop


  • Cutting Board
  • Knife
  • Measuring Cup+Spoon
  • 1-Large Bowl
  • Mixing spoon
  • Blender/food Processor


  • 4-Large tomatoes
  • 1/2-Medium onion (diced)
  • 1-Large Mango (chopped)
  • 1/2-Cup Cilantro leaves
  • 1-Jalapeno pepper (optional)
  • 2-Limes juiced
  • 1/2-tsp salt
  • 1/4-tsp pepper


  1. Wash produces, cut tomatoes and onions in to small pieces and place in blender or food processor*

  2. Take seeds and ribs out of jalapeno pepper ( or leaven in for heat) add to processor

  3. Add cilantro, lime juice, salt and pepper and pulse the processor just a few times. scrape sides down and pulse 2-3 more times or until desired consistency

    **If you don't have a food processor or blender, just finely chop all ingredients and mix in a large bowl
