Pizza Crust

Homemade add on your favorite toppings


  • Measuring cups
  • Bowls
  • Knife or Fork
  • Pizza pan


  • 2.5 Cups Warm water
  • 1/4 cup yeast
  • 1/8 cup honey
  • 1 Tablespoon Rosemary
  • 1 Tablespoon Basil
  • 2 Teaspoon Salt


  1. Place water in bowl add yeast, Honey, and salt.

  2. Let mixture Begin to bubble Than Add Herbs.

  3. Add flour One cup at a time and mix until doughy. Dough Should be firm and Pliable and not sticky.

  4. Knead well, cover bowl with olive oil and place dough in bowl. Cover with most towel and set in warm place to rise.

  5. After Approximately 20 Minutes, Punch down and rise again.

  6. When Rise Again, roll out on floured surface with rolling Pin. Prick with fork or knife.
