Roasted Balsamic Asparagus

Asparagus WoW!

Materials

  • tongs
  • skillet
  • measuring utensils
  • cutting board
  • knife

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch Asparagus
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • Fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup of butter

Instructions

  1. Rinse asparagus under lukewarm water, air dry or pat dry, cut bottom/flat ends off of the asparagus (usually about 2 inches from the end) in the meantime add butter and garlic to skillet to start the flavoring stair to keep garlic from burning

  3. slowly add asparagus in a skillet drizzle with olive oil, add 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. stir occasionally over medium high heat

  4. Allow to cook until asparagus is (Flingy), loose not stiff this take about 5-8 minutes

  5. Remove to a bowl and toss with the remaining balsamic vinegar over asparagus
