Sauteed Cabbage

  • Large Bowl
  • Large Pan
  • Wooden Spoon
  • Salad Spinner
  • Medium and Large Knife
  • Cutting Board
  • Measuring utensils

Ingredients

  • 1 large cabbage
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 Yellow and 1 Red bell pepper
  • 3 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the cabbage into small size pieces to be washed off

  2. Wash and dice pepper and onion

  3. Place cabbage into salad spinner and wash well

  4. Thinly slice cabbage discard the core

  5. Pour Olive oil into a large pan over medium high heat add peppers and onion

  6. Slowly add cabbage

  7. Stir Occasionally, until tender

  8. Add salt and pepper

  9. Sautee for 15 Minutes

  10. Remove from heat let cool , pour into serving bowl
