Looking for a salad to wow the whole family try this one

- Salad bowl
- 2-Small bowls
- 2-Medium bowls
- 2-Cutting boards
- 2-Large bowls
- Salad Spinner
- 4-skinless boneless chicken breast
- 1-Tbsp garlic powder
- 1/2-Tbsp sea salt
- 1-Tbsp pepper
- 1/2-Tbsp Red pepper flakes
- 1-Head of Romaine Lettuce
- 1-bunch of Spinach greens
- 4-Boiled eggs
- 2-Carrots (Shredded)
- 1-Tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1-Pack pepper jack cheese (Shredded)
- 1-Cup sunflower seeds
- 1-Can Cooking spray
Underneath cool running water, wash and clean all vegetables and chicken breast of course not at the same time that will be nuts, wash your veggies first and than wash your meats set aside using two different strainers.
Spin dry your lettuce and Spinach, on a cutting board chop the lettuce and greens into bite size pieces and cucumber into 2" thick half moons to be added to your salad bowl.
Over medium high-heat place a small pot onto a stove top and allow the water to come to a boil, about 10 minutes . Place eggs into the boiling water after about 15 minutes your hard boil egg should be done. Remove from pot and let cool for a few minute before peeling the eggs (because they will be hot), but in the meantime you can work on the dry ingredients.
Combine all dry ingredients; black pepper, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, sea salt and Italian seasoning into a medium bowl blend will, sprinkle seasoning over chicken breast on both sizes, before adding to grill pan.
Spray Grill pan with non-stick cooking spray place on a stove over medium high heat, cook chicken on both size for about 6 minutes. When juices from chicken run clear your chicken is done, remove and place on a cutting board to get chopped for salad.
After eggs are cool and ready to be peeled, sliced them into 1" thick pieces to go into salad bowl
Shred Cheese and Carrots into small bowl, this will also be used for the Spicy Chicken Salad
Now combine all the ingredients into a larger serving bowl adding the lettuces, greens, veggies, chicken and cheese into a salad bowl top off with sunflower seed and your choice of dressing or vinaigrette
