The Synergy Series
and Appetite For Change
The Synergy Series is a unique dining experience at Spoon and Stable. Four times this fall and winter, guest chefs are welcomed to the heart of the house, preparing cuisine from their restaurants here in Minneapolis.
Each Synergy Chef will take the stage in the afternoon of the second day of their visit for an intimate conversation that highlights lesser known parts of their personal and professional stories, followed by audience Q&A. This new experience will add a valuable opportunity for members of our restaurant community and fans of each chef to get to know our visitors in a relaxed setting.
100% of the ticket price to this event will be donated to Appetite For Change. Tickets are $10 for a virtual experience. In person dining experience also available. Thanks to the generosity of Spoon and Stable partners at the American Swedish Institute and the Holden Room.
