of vanilla extract

butter (1 stick)
Real butter. At room temp.

all purpose flour

tsp
baking soda
1/2
tsp
salt
Optional add ins
walnuts
coconut flakes
chocolate chips
cocoa
citrus zest
Instructions
Cream the wet ingredients (butter, sugar, bananas, and eggs) in a bowl until well incorporated.
In a separate bowl sift all the dry ingredients together (flour, baking soda, and salt).
Carefully mix dry ingredients into the batter in 1/3rds.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to one hour.
