In fall 2019, Appetite For Change was approached by Ramsey County with an opportunity to expand into St. Paul as a tenant in the Union Depot‘s Head House restaurant space.
The timing was serendipitous for AFC as we sought resources to accommodate our fast-growing programming and catering business. With a spacious, newly renovated kitchen and central location, Station 81 Drink & Eatery is a wonderful place for us to be.
Station 81 offers dishes made with fresh produce from our urban farm sites, supports nearby business by purchasing locally sourced meats and cheeses, and provides nutritious and chef-inspired food at an accessible price. The eatery serves as an outlet for AFC to share its mission in Minneapolis, St. Paul, and beyond. Station 81 also functions as an expanded operating space for Breaking Bread Catering. In addition to offering full-service, customizable catering for events of all sizes throughout the metro, Breaking Bread is the in-house caterer in Union Depot’s gorgeous event spaces.
