Community Cooks Meal Boxes increase access to fresh and nutritious meals throughout the Twin Cities. Each week, boxes are delivered to more than 400 households at no cost. and contain ingredients to prepare 2 nourishing meals for a family of six, or 12 meals total. We also prioritize including products from local vendors, local growers, and culturally relevant recipes inspired by Community Cooks. Visit afcmn.org/mealbox to learn more and try select recipes!
Community Cooks Meal Boxes is a collaborative effort among members of the Metro Food Justice Network and Appetite For Change to increase food access in Minneapolis and St. Paul. Thanks to our partners, growers, team members, and the young people who are making it happen for a second year!
